Circuit Training at DBA

Structured and run by professional Athletes, our circuit training classes give you the ultimate training boost.

Circuit training is best completed 2-3 times a week to achieve best results. Sessions can take anywhere
from 30-40 minutes to complete.
Improves muscle tone, muscle definition, and cardiovascular fitness all while burning calories.
Circuit training has some great advantages. You are getting a full body work out and having fun!!
